FAQ’s

At TaiQi Fusion we offer weekly sessions for the general public on Saturday morning’s in Church Crookham and on Sunday morning’s in Yateley where we will practice a form of Qigong called Flow Form Qigong and a less formal style introduction to Tai-chi.

Please join us for a session of slow, gentle and graceful movements with enhanced breathing that will aid in mobility, movement and balance.

You are most welcome to join us for a free introductory session and then to drop in whenever you feel you need to top-up on beautiful crystal clear Qi (chi) energy and to feel the weight of the world lifted from your shoulders.

If you have any questions that you feel would benefit from inclusion here please don’t hesitate to ask and suggest including in the FAQ’s.
